Accessories & Components
Sensors can convert measured physical quantities or chemical effects into signals. But this is not enough. In order to process the measured values and benefit from them, further components are required. We have the right accessories to complete the measurement chain for all sensors purchased from us or already available.
Transmitters, analog and digital
Analog and digital transmitters are used to convert the input variable of the sensor into a processable output variable. We will program the transmitters based on your data and if you wish, we can issue you with a calibration certificate in accordance with EN 10204-2.1. A wide variety of designs are available for potentially explosive areas.
Digital displays
Electrical voltage values can be shown as numbers on a display using digital displays. Our universal process indicators have a 17 mm height display that offers a clear view and makes it easier for the operator to read from a distance. Thanks to their electronic robustness and non-flammable housing, they meet all the requirements for use in the industrial sector.
Dataloggers
Our versatile, high-performance data recording devices will process analog, digital and other types of variables at high speed and resolution. The data is transferred via a RS485 interface, which can be operated as a Modbus RTU master or slave. An ethernet interface with 10/100 MBps enables access via browser, FTP, SMTP, SNMP and Modbus TCP.
PID controllers
A high-performance PID algorithm is hidden in the compact housing of our temperature controller. A space-saving design and removable plugs enable easy installation and reduced installation costs.
Connection heads
Our portfolio includes Form B connection heads in line with DIN 43729 for thermocouples and resistance thermometers in different designs and materials.
Thermowells
Weld-in protective sleeves are used when the replacement of thermocouples and resistance thermometers without emptying the system is required, or if the installation of standard thermometers or screw-in thermowells is impossible. We offer thermowells in numerous construction types and different materials for a wide variety of applications.
Connectors
Whether as connections for thermocouples or resistance thermometers, or as a direct connection to the evaluation unit: we carry connectors in a wide variety of sizes and materials for every conceivable field of application. We can offer bayonet and screw connectors, as well as connectors with locking.
