Practically every physical condition can now be determined using sensors. Temperatures can be measured, as well as fill levels, forces, speeds, pressures, and humidity. We offer the following types of sensors:
Temperature sensors
In order to ensure reliable temperature measurement, temperature sensors must optimally match the installation location and the process involved. This applies to both resistance thermometers as well as to all types of thermocouples. We can manufacture sensors for you for measurement ranges between -200 °C and +1800 °C in a variety of housing designs.
Strain gauges (DMS)
We can create strain gauges for you in the temperature range from -269 °C to +350 °C, in line with your technical specifications. With regard to the component materials, you can choose from steel, aluminum, plastic, ceramic, and other materials. Applications with Y, M, C and KFU are just as possible as customer-specific strain gauge series.
Force sensors
We can offer you the right force sensor for every measurement task, from load cells, to miniature and S-shaped sensors, to weighing modules. You can choose between compressive force sensors, tensile force sensors, and combined tensile and compressive force sensors in nominal force ranges of <1 kN, 1 to 100 kN, 100 to 500 kN and> 500 kN.
Infrared sensors
We can design our pyrometers and infrared cameras for measurement ranges between -50 °C and +3000 °C according to your specific requirements. The spectral range can be adjusted from 1 μm to 14 μm, depending on the application. Different detectors and application types are also available.
Humidity sensors
The range of models for humidity measurement extends from temperature and humidity sensors with a head, to multifunctional indoor air quality monitors and temperature and humidity transmitters, to humidity sensors suitable for industrial use. Depending on the requirements, temperature ranges between -40 °C and +180 °C, and humidity specifications from 0 to 100 percent, can be achieved.
