Test certificates
The exact measurement of physical and electrical quantities, such as temperature, force, elongation, or humidity, is essential for raising production standards and avoiding defects. The accuracy of the measurements is just as important as the reliability of the entire measurement chain. We guarantee customized designs in tested top quality. We are happy to also check our products in accordance with your inspection and test plans (ITP). On request, we can provide you with a test certificate in accordance with EN 10204 2.1 or 3.1 for each of our products.
Many test centers and quality management systems require regular checking of the accuracy of the measurement devices they use. In addition, the measured values must reflect national standards, or the specifications of comparable European institutions. In our own measurement laboratory on Flughafenstrasse in Glattbrugg, Switzerland, we test our products in accordance with the prescribed standards and thus ensure the highest quality.

With Factory certificate 2.1, we as the manufacturer confirm that the products delivered correspond to the agreements made when the order was placed. Inspection certificate 3.1 attests to compliance with the order, stating the results of a specific test. In addition to showing strength values, these test certificates include an analysis of the accompanying chemical elements. They also show the relevant carbon content or carbon equivalent of the welding process.
Do you need an EU Declaration of Conformity according to EN 60751 or EN 60584-1? We would be glad to create this for you as well. With our signature, we declare that the product in question meets the European requirements on health and safety, and we assume full responsibility for compliance with these two EU directives. The EU Declaration of Conformity is mandatory for use of the EC mark and for putting the product on the market in the European Economic Area (EEA).
